Party Of Helicopters - Please Believe It
I got this album back in 2003 when it came out, and I believe the band broke up either that or the following year. I remember being blown away by the monster guitar riffs that were so punctuated by the soft, high pitched vocals. It was such an interesting juxtaposition, I was hooked for many summer months. To be honest it's not even a shame the group disbanded so early. Sometimes it's better when a band breaks up early in their careers for it leaves no time for them so start sucking and making shittastic emo records, which I am sure is what would have happened given they released one or two more albums. Hooray for "knowing when to fold 'em."
